Sales
With access to our advanced technology platform, your sales process is fluid and efficient. Leads can enter the system by various means and sources - web services, file import, internet, phone, or manual entry. Lead distribution is automatic based on rules you define. Your sales representatives enter the data in an easy to use set of screens, which enable them to use a script if you choose to do so. Customer Agreements and other paper work is generated automatically and can be sent out via email, fax, or mail. Electronic Signatures are available to allow you decrease close time from days to hours, even minutes!
Program Enrollment / Underwriting
When a sale is submitted, our team will place a welcome call to the customer within one business day. A welcome packet (book/CD/DVD) is also sent out to the customer, explaining the program in detail. If the customer is not reached, they will be called up to three times (every other day) to welcome them into the program. They then will receive a call in three weeks to follow up on any outstanding paperwork. In addition, we will attempt to contact customers twice in month two and month three to see if they have any questions or challenges. Beginning in month four, we will contact the customer to get a savings update. Our underwriting team will work through a strict list of compliance criteria (defined by you) to ensure you are protected and the customer is put on the proper track to successful completion of the program.
Customer Service
Each member of our Customer Service team is a trained and seasoned call center representative capable of handling any type of customer interaction. We represent you as part of your team. All customer correspondence is handled by our team in our paperless environment, and you have online access to all documents and correspondence.
Settlement
Here is where the "rubber meets the road." If a company cannot perform in obtaining settlements that meet customer budgets and expectations, nothing else matters. EFA's settlement team is one of the most experienced in the business. Led by pioneers in the industry, our team has deep and long standing relationships with major creditors and collection agencies; this has enabled us to work on a personal level and in volume to ensure that your commitments to your customer are met.
Management
EFA provides you with the tools you need to manage your customers and monitor our services. Reports, data downloads, and access to your customer's accounts are available via our advanced technology platform. Our experienced management team is always available to meet with you, whether on a regularly scheduled basis or impromptu, to ensure your concerns and expectations are being met.
Customer Toolbox
EFA's Customer Toolbox is an online service center for your customers. They can access their account anytime through this web portal. The Customer Toolbox provides your customer with real-time account information, FAQ's, documents, and other valuable information. The Customer Toolbox can also be custom branded and integrated with your company website, providing the customer with a seamless service experience.
