Onboarding
Once you make the decision to outsource, the last thing you need is “glacial-speed” implementation and unexpected costs.
EFA has a well defined “Onboarding” Process that implements proven project management methodologies to ensure your company is integrated quickly into the EFA Business Support Services model. You will work directly with the Onboarding Team, who will guide you through the entire process. You will also have an Account Executive assigned to your company, who will facilitate getting your company up and running, and helping you stay successful.
Your Account Executive will be your primary business contact and your onsite advocate here at EFA. Along with the Onboarding Team, they will ensure your company is up and running in less than 30 days.
Costs
EFA charges a reasonable fee for setup, and there are no additional hidden costs. Although competitors may offer a “no fee setup,” remember you get what you pay for. The setup fee enables EFA to attract and retain the most talented and professional team to ensure your rapid implementation, continual growth, and future success.
Dependable Relationship Management
Your Account Executive
EFA believes that the most powerful and positive foundation required in an outsourcing engagement is a strong and vibrant relationship with our Marketing Companies. Because of this belief, EFA has an active Account Management Team, which works towards that end. You will have an Account Executive assigned to your company, who will be your primary business contact and your onsite advocate here at EFA.
Besides working with the Onboarding Team to get your company up and running, your Account Executive will be focused on your business and your needs, helping you stay successful and continue to grow.
SupportCenter
In addition to your Account Management Team, you will have access to the SupportCenter. SupportCenter is a one-stop shop for any issues and needs you may have. You can call or email in your requests and issues, and this team will direct and manage the issue until resolved, ensuring the proper departments and individuals are engaged. Whether it is Technology, Accounting, Customer Service, or Settlement, SupportCenter has access to all EFA resources, and works with your Account Executive to quickly resolve any issues and keep you focused on your business.
