EFA Processing has again successfully completed the USOBA (The United States Organization for Bankruptcy Alternatives) Best Practice Standard audit with zero non-conformity.

EFA Processing has again been recognized as a leader in providing business process outsourcing (BPO) services for the debt settlement industry. The company has successfully completed the USOBA Best Practice Standard audit with zero non-conformity.

The audit which was administered by BSI Management Systems, an impartial third party agency, will continue to increase awareness, education, and service standards for consumers. In addition, these standards must set a benchmark for debt settlement professionals beyond most current regulatory requirements, allowing USOBA members to differentiate themselves in the industry.
