EFA Processing, LP^® strives to maintain the trust and confidence of those we serve by making security of their personal information, including, but not limited to, financial information, a high priority.  To this end, EFA protects our customer’s information by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with State and Federal laws, as well as training its employees on the handling of confidential and sensitive information.  Any entity EFA supports is also required to adhere to the same strict guidelines as EFA’s employees.

Furthermore, when supporting companies that offer debt resolution services, including debt settlement, EFA will not disclose the name or any personal information of a debtor for whom the debt settlement provider has provided or is providing debt settlement services other than a debtor’s own creditors or the debt resolution provider’s agents, affiliates, or contractors, or as directed to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction.
